AFSAAP 2017 Conference Registration opens on July 1st 2017
All fees include 2 Day Conference fee – AFSAAP membership for 2018 – morning and afternoon teas and lunch each day – return bus travel from Adelaide City Centre to Monarto Zoo Venue Friday November 24th – Zoo Entry Fee.
Due to limited space there is no single day fee option.

All paper presenters are required to register and pay before October 1st in order to present at the conference. Any presenters who have not registered by 30 September 2017 will have their paper withdrawn from the program.
Payment of registrations
All registration payments are to be made at the time of registration. Registrations are to be made by completing the above registration form online, and then proceeding to the payment site (http://afsaap.org.au/conferences/conference-payment/). Payment may be made by credit card online using AFSAAP’s paypal site, or by cheque or Australia Post Money Order. Please Note # Foreign Currencies cannot be accepted. All payments are in Australian dollars. Please refer to the Registration form for details.
Conference registration cancellations received in writing by the Conference Secretariat by October 1st 2017 will be accepted. Registration fees will be refunded, less a AU$50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded, however, it is acceptable to transfer your registration to another person. The full name and details of the person that will replace you must be advised in writing to the Conference Secretariat at firstname.lastname@example.org by 1st October 2017. No refunds will be made for non-attendance.
AFSAAP is not registered to collect GST in Australia therefore no GST has been included in the fees above. AFSAAP – ABN 69 603 514 951.
Identifiable information collected, including names, contact details, email addresses, etc, submitted for registration purposes as far as the conference and its related activities are concerned, will be used expressly for this purpose. Your registration at this conference gives you membership to AFSAAP for one year – 2018, and your contact details – email and postal address will be passed onto the AFSAAP secretariat only for the purposes of maintaining your membership with AFSAAP.
Personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorised employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information.
Personal information will not be provided to third parties unless you tick the box on the registration form consenting to your contact details being passed onto third party sponsors, such as relevant African Studies publishers.
